Ramya’s Art n Design is based in New Delhi, India. We are an online art store/gallery that curates and sells art from India and across the world.

What are the accepted methods of payment?

All payments made on Ramya’s Art n Design are completely secure. We have partnered with a reputed payment gateway: Instamojo. You can pay through any Indian or international credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI & virtual pay wallets.

Do you sell originals or prints on Ramya’s Art n Design Store?

We only sell original paintings, across genres and medium.

How long does the shipping take? How long does it take to receive my order?

After the payment has been processed, product(s) are shipped within 2 days or 48 hours. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipment location. This may vary depending on the delivery partner. We shall keep you updated with details of your order. Our attempt is to get your order to you at the earliest!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

How does the refund work?

Refunds are made subject to cancellation of order within 24 hours and will be processed in 7 working days. However, once product(s) are shipped, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Will the painting be framed or unframed ?

All paintings are available With or Without Frame. However, by default we will ship unframed painting only. Please specify by writing to us at ramyasartndesign@gmail.com with your requirements and contact details.

I want to gift an artwork to someone. How can Ramya’s Art n Design help me with that?

Ramya’s Art n Design passionately endorses the idea of giving art as a gift to your dear ones. We will be happy to provide your order in gift wrapping. We also offer the option to send your personalized message in the package. Please share a draft of your personalized message with us at ramyasartndesign@gmail.com and we will make sure the receiver gets it along with a beautiful piece of art.
